Bookings report

For owners and managers · updated 18 Oct 2026

How bookings are going: covers, no-shows, how far ahead people book, who comes back, and where the night runs over.

Back office Reports Bookings

  1. Pick the dates and branches at the top.
  2. Covers arriving shows an average busiest night by half hour, booked, walk-in and from the waitlist, against the kitchen's pace.
  3. Where bookings come from: online, phone, walk-in, waitlist.
  4. No-shows and late cancellations by week, How far ahead, and Party sizes.
  5. Table use shows which tables sit empty; Minutes at the table compares your stay lengths with your bills; Regulars lists who comes most.

Example

What it tells you

"7:00 – 8:00 runs over the kitchen's pace": lower Sell online, at most or open a 6:00 sitting. "Tables of 3–4 stay 11 minutes longer than you allow": take the real times in Settings › Bookings.

Are walk-ins counted?

Yes, in covers arriving, table use and where guests came from: every dine-in order without a booking is a walk-in.

If it goes wrong

The report is empty

Covers count once guests are seated. Pick dates with service days, and check the branches chosen at the top.
