Big groups
Groups bigger than your online limit send a request; you accept it with a table, or say no.
Back office Bookings the request Accept
- The request shows as Request with the party and the time they'd like.
- Accept: choose a table or joined tables. The guest gets a confirmation email.
- Say no, with a word for them (for example "We're full that night; try the 18th?"). They're emailed.
Example
A birthday for 12
"Request · Rossi · 12 · Sat 8:00". Accept on T4+T5+T6 joined. Rossi gets "You're booked" with the change and cancel link.
Can big groups call instead?
Switch off Bigger groups can send a request in Settings › Bookings: they see your phone number instead.
If it goes wrong
Requests never arrive
Bigger groups can send a request is off, or Online, up to is bigger than the group. Check both in Settings › Bookings.
