Payments
Paid straight to your account
Razorpay takes UPI and cards: a QR that confirms itself at the counter, on waiters' phones and on the kiosk, and online payments on your pages. Your own UPI QR still works, free and offline.

Questions
Does it really work without the internet?
Yes. Each till keeps its own copy of your menu and orders, encrypted on the device. It takes orders, sends tickets to the kitchen printer over your own Wi-Fi, prints bills and takes cash with the internet down, then sends everything when it comes back. Card payments online and guests ordering from their phones need the internet.
What do I need to start?
An Android tablet or phone, an iPad, or a Windows or Mac computer for the till, and any browser for the back office. Receipt and kitchen printers that speak ESC/POS over your network or Bluetooth (on iPad, Bluetooth LE printers). USB printers aren't supported yet.
Do you take a cut of my card payments?
No. Card payments go straight to your own Stripe account (Razorpay in India), and Tillmora adds nothing per payment. Your payment provider charges its own fees.
Can guests order and pay from their phones?
Yes: with the QR code on their table, on your own ordering page for pickup and delivery, and at a self-order kiosk. Bookings and meals booked ahead work the same way, all in your brand.
Does it connect to delivery apps?
Not directly yet. Orders from delivery apps are entered on the till at that app's prices, so your reports stay complete.
Which languages?
The apps are in English. The pages your guests use (table QR, kiosk and your menu page) are in English and Hindi, and Ask Tillmora understands English, Hindi and Hinglish.
Is my data mine?
Yes. Download everything at any time from Settings › Your data, and it stays yours if you leave.
