Sold out, branch prices and daily limits
The menu belongs to the restaurant, but each branch can sell a dish at its own price, stop selling it there, mark it sold out for the day, or limit how many portions it sells a day.
Back office Menu (a dish's row) Price here
- Choose the branch at the top of the sidebar.
- In Menu, tap the dish's Price here (or its status).
- Set a Price here for this branch, or leave it at the restaurant price.
- Tick Sold out to stop selling it today (tills can switch this too).
- Set a Limit per day to sell only that many portions; tills show "5 left".
- Or tick Not sold at this branch.
- Tap Save.
Example
Twenty biryanis a day at one branch
At Sector 17, Dum Biryani is cooked once a day. Limit per day: 20. After 15 are sold, tills show "5 left"; at 20 it's sold out until tomorrow, on the tills, the QR page and the kiosk.
Example
Airport branch prices
The airport branch charges more: Price here 7.50 for a flat white that's 5.00 elsewhere. Other branches keep the restaurant price.
Can staff mark a dish sold out on the till?
Yes. It's sold out at that branch until tomorrow, or until someone switches it back.
Does a daily limit include QR and kiosk orders?
Yes. Portions ordered on the QR page and the kiosk count towards the limit too.
If it goes wrong
A dish still shows at a branch where it shouldn't
Check you chose the right branch at the top of the sidebar before ticking Not sold at this branch, then wait for the till's next sync.
