Add a printer
Printers are added on a till. A network printer (Wi-Fi or cable) is set up once and shared by every till at the branch; a Bluetooth printer belongs to one till.
Till Menu (☰) Printers Add printer
- Open the menu › Printers and tap Add printer.
- Choose Network (Wi-Fi or cable) or Bluetooth printer.
- Network: the till looks for printers on your Wi-Fi. Tap the one you want, or Enter the address myself (the IP address is on the printer's self-test slip).
- Bluetooth: turn the printer on nearby and pick it; type its PIN if asked.
- Give it a name (for example "Kitchen printer") and choose what it prints: receipts, and which kitchen stations.
- Tap Test print.
Example
A kitchen printer and a receipt printer
"Kitchen printer" at 192.168.1.50, port 9100, prints for Tandoor and Curry. "Counter printer" by Bluetooth on the counter till prints receipts and opens the cash drawer. Every till at the branch sends kitchen tickets to the network printer.

Tap Test print on one: the one that prints is the one you're adding.
Do printers need the internet?
No. Printing works on your own Wi-Fi without the internet. Printers are checked every 30 seconds while the till is in use.
Which stations does a printer print for?
The ones you tick. Leave them all off to print for every station that has no printer of its own.
If it goes wrong
"No printers answered on …"
Check the printer is on and on the same Wi-Fi as the till. Then Look again, or type its address from the self-test slip (hold the feed button while turning it on).
If it goes wrong
"Tillmora needs Nearby devices"
On Android, allow Nearby devices for Tillmora in the app's settings to find Bluetooth printers.
