Takeaway and delivery orders
Takeaway and delivery orders don't need a table. A delivery order can come from your own phone line or from a delivery app, with that app's prices.
Till Takeaway (or Delivery)
- Tap Takeaway or Delivery at the top.
- For delivery, choose where it's From: your own deliveries or a delivery app. That app's prices apply to the order.
- For a delivery app, type the Platform order number.
- Optional: Customer name, Phone and Ready by (As soon as possible, or in so many minutes).
- Tap Start order, add dishes and Send.
Example
A delivery-app order
From: the delivery app you use. Platform order number: 4471. Ready by: in 20 minutes. The order uses that app's prices (for example a dish 320 instead of 280) and shows "#4471" on the tickets and the list of open orders.

The till warns "… is already open as …" and offers Open that order, or Start a new one anyway.
Where do I see open takeaway orders?
On the right of the tables screen, under Takeaway and delivery.
If it goes wrong
"Check the number"
A phone number needs its full digits, or + and the country code.
