Your plan at a glance
The plan page shows where your account stands: free until a date, subscribed, a payment needed, or complimentary.
Back office Settings Subscription
- Open Settings › Subscription (the sidebar's plan card opens it too).
- Read the status at the top: Free until …, Subscribed (with the next renewal), A payment is needed, Read-only, or Nothing to pay (complimentary).
- Under Your plan: the plan, how many branches, when it Renews (or Paid until), and how it's paid (Pays with).
- Everything included: unlimited tills, staff and orders; QR ordering at the table and the kiosk; offers, meal deals and add-ons; stock, recipes and food cost; reports and exports for your accountant; help when you need it.
Example
Free until 30 April 2027
Spice Route joined in October 2026. The page says Free for every restaurant · Free until 30 Apr 2027, and lists everything included. Every feature works the same while it's free.
What happens when the free period ends?
The status shows what's needed before then. If a payment is needed, tills keep working for a grace period; after that the back office and tills become read-only until it's sorted. Nothing is lost.
What does read-only mean?
Reports and your data export still work, and open orders and shifts can be finished. New sales wait until the plan is active again; then everything turns back on at once.
